Halloween in The West Village

Happy Halloween! In less than three weeks, I head back home to California, which I am excited about to see all my people. As I have said before, this has been a whirlwind of a move, but one I still have no regrets about. When there is a good day, I take notice and take advantage and when there is a bad day, I try to hold on to those good days.

When I was a little girl, I always loved when the seasons changed, even if they were mild in Fresno. I would watch movies set in the east coast and always wish Fresno had true seasons. I am now lucky to experience a real fall and I must say it is stunning in New York right now. Yesterday I walked around my neighborhood and snapped some pictures of the foliage and halloween decorations. Normally, I hate halloween decorations, but most I saw throughout the west village were charming.
